Covers material and manufacturing defects on all NiSi filters, holders and accessories — and a full 24 months on cinema & photo lenses.

All NiSi filters, holders and accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.
24 months on lenses
All NiSi cinema and photo lenses are covered for a full two years from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers
Covered
- Material and manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase
- Defects appearing within the first 12 months (24 months for cinema & photo lenses)
- Free repair or replacement of the defect
- Registered Armor FX UV filters — covered for life
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration
- Scratches or breakage from drops and physical damage
- Water or fire damage
- Loss or theft
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
Buy from an authorised seller
The warranty applies to products purchased from the NiSi Filters New Zealand online store or an authorised reseller. Before buying from a third-party seller, check that they are an authorised NiSi reseller — purchases from unauthorised sellers are not covered.
On eBay or Amazon, only purchases from the official NiSi NZ / Australia stores are covered.

Making a claim is simple — everything happens through our contact form.
Find your proof of purchase
Locate your receipt or order confirmation. If you ordered from us directly, your tax invoice is in your account under Orders.
Send us the details
Use our contact form and choose “Warranty & repairs”. Upload a copy of your receipt along with photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll take it from there
Our team will assess your claim and repair or replace any manufacturing defect free of charge.
Armor FX UV filters — lifetime warranty
Registered Armor FX UV filters are covered for life, not just 12 months. Register your filter when you buy it, and if anything ever goes wrong, lodge a claim online.
The fine print
- The warranty period runs for 12 months from the date of purchase — 24 months for cinema and photo lenses.
- Proof of purchase is required for every claim. Keep your receipt or tax invoice.
- The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase or appearing during the warranty period.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or breakage from physical damage, water or fire damage, loss, or theft.
- Only products purchased from NiSi Filters New Zealand or its authorised resellers are covered.
- This warranty is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
