Who we ship with
NiSi Filters New Zealand ships from our Sydney warehouse with Australia Post or DHL, delivering New Zealand–wide. Your order is delivered locally by DHL or New Zealand Post. All orders ship for a $15 flat shipping fee.
All GST and import duty is paid by NiSi New Zealand when shipping from our Sydney warehouse — the price you pay when placing your order is the final price.
Delivery times
Shipping time is the estimated time to deliver your order once it is ready to ship — it begins the moment your order has been processed and is ready to dispatch, not when the order is placed. All shipping includes free insurance from door to door; contact us as soon as you receive your order if it has been damaged in transit.
Major city & metro areas
2–4 business daysOrders placed on business days between 9 am and 4 pm (Sydney time) are generally processed and shipped the same or next business day. Packages below 5 kg usually arrive 2–4 business days after shipping; heavier packages may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Rural areas
3–6 business daysOrders placed on business days between 9 am and 4 pm (Sydney time) are generally processed and shipped the same or next business day. Packages below 5 kg usually arrive 3–6 business days after shipping; heavier packages may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Tracking your order
When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a link to track it. If your tracking number arrives before 6 pm (Sydney time) it may not update on the courier’s website until that evening. You can also check your order anytime on our Order status page, or track directly with the courier:

- Expected delivery dates and times are based on courier shipping practices, your destination, and the items in your order.
- Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed by fraud verification or the time the order is placed, and items not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected dates.
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Order cut-off times are based on normal business hours and exclude weekends and public holidays: Monday–Friday, 2 pm (Sydney time).
- Due to large amounts of online credit card fraud, all orders are subject to approval by our payment verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
